Question: I am trying to check my emails…do I have to login to each email address separately to check them or can I check them all in one account?

Answer: If you have elected to check your emails via the Webmail service, then you do need to log in to each eMail account and check them separately. Go to webmail.yourdomainname.com or com.au or whatever extension you have. Enter you whole email address and the password you have been issued. Repeat for each address.

Question: How do I alter the information in the side column/s?

Answer: This information is added and deleted in the Widgets, which you will locate in the Appearance tab.  There is a video in the Members Area, explaining how to add information as well as pictures with links and include them in your Widgets.
